3. How long does it take to fix a wheel?
A. Typically depends on the time of year. Turnaround time can vary from 4 days to 3 weeks. Call or email to inquire. Go to top

4. Can you repair my custom wheel?
A. Yes, we can repair any aluminum wheel, original equipment or custom wheels. Go to top

A. Yes, we can repair any aluminum wheel, original equipment or custom wheels Go to top

6. Can you repair all types of damage?
A. Most damaged wheels can be repaired; this would include bends, curb rash, cracks, breaks, and cosmetic damage. The exception would be wheels that have been warped in the center hub area of the wheel, or wheels that have excessive broken areas. Our repair technicians analyze each wheel during the inspection process to determine if it is repairable. Go to top

7. My lug nuts came loose and damaged the lug holes in my wheel, can that be fixed?
A. Yes, we can weld in and re-drill the damaged lug areas. After that is done, the wheel is refinished to look and perform like new again. Extra charges will apply. Go to top

8. My tire store said my wheel is bent and cracked in the bend, can this be repaired?
A. A wheel with a crack and bend can be repaired, we will first fix the bend in the wheel, and then repair the crack so that it performs and looks like new again. Go to top

9. I hit a pothole and now my steering wheel vibrates. Could my wheel be damaged?
A. Pot holes can cause severe damage to your wheels and suspension. The damage is not always visible, so it is best to let a trained professional assess the damage. Go to top

10. Can you fix larger sized wheels?
A. We can fix any alloy wheel up to 24” in diameter. Go to top

11. My damaged wheel is still on my car, can you remove it for me?
A. Yes, we can remove your damaged wheel from the car and install your spare for you. When the wheel is finished we can put it back on the car and put your spare away for you. Extra charges will apply. Go to top

12. What if my wheels are damaged and I don’t have spare wheels to use on the car while being repaired?
A. We offer storage space for your car, and our quickest turnaround time for this specific situation. This service is available by appointment only, please call or email to arrange an appointment. Extra charges will apply. Go to top

13. I have a bent chrome wheel. Can this be repaired?
A. We can repair chrome wheels as well, but if the damage is on the front of the wheel, we cannot duplicate the chrome finish and the wheel will not match the others. Go to top

14. I have a chrome wheel that is not bent or cracked but the chrome is peeling, can this be repaired?
A. If there is no structural damage, the wheel would need to have the old chrome chemically stripped. We can do this work for you as well, but 90% of the time the cost involved of having the wheel re-chromed will out-weigh the cost of a replacement wheel. Please call or email for further details. 15. Do you fix steel wheels?
A. No, we normally don’t repair steel wheels as it is not cost effective to repair steel wheels. Only exception of this rule is any discontinued wheel that cannot be repurchased, we would be willing to repair. Go to top

16. Do you powder coat wheels?
A. No, we do not offer powder coating services, as we prefer painting as it gives us greater flexibility and color selection. All cars are painted, why should wheels be any different? Go to top

17. Can you paint my wheels the same color as my car?
A. Yes, as long as a paint code is provided, we can paint the wheels any color of your choice. Go to top

18. Will the colors match after the repair?
A. Yes, we use factory paint codes to duplicate the original finish. Go to top

19. Can you refinish my center caps also?
A. In some applications we can refinish your center caps. Some caps that have a painted or machined finish we can refinish the center caps when we refinish your wheel, call or email us for more information. Go to top

20. My wheels have a very reflective silver finish that looks almost like a chrome or polished finish but painted, can this be duplicated?
A. This finish is what is called “hyper-silver” or “hyper-black” in the industry; we can duplicate this finish. Extra charges will apply. Go to top

21. I cleaned my wheels with wheel cleaner, now they are have cloudy stains on the wheels. Can this be repaired?
A. Some cleaners have harsh chemicals that will discolor your wheels, we recommend cleaning only with soap and water. The good news is the wheels can be refinished to look like new again. We will strip the old finish off the wheel and refinish them with a new finish. Go to top

22. How safe is it?
A. Our expert repair technicians inspect and measure each wheel before and during the repair process. Any wheel that doesn’t meet our safety criteria does not get repaired. We try to ensure that the repaired wheel will be as good as new once the repairs are complete. Go to top

23. Is your work guaranteed?
A. Yes, We offer a one-year limited warranty. Should the previously repaired wheel require any further work that falls within the scope of the original repair agreement, Curbed Inc. will provide those repairs at no charge. Go to top

A. Tire removal, mount and balance is included in the price. We like to ensure that our wheels are straight and balanced before they even leave the shop. Go to top
